Press Connect. Steam opens Counter-Strike 2 and joins the server directly. This needs the Steam client installed on the device you are using.

From the console
In CS2, go to Settings, then Game, and turn on the developer console. Press the ~ key and paste:

Save it as a favourite
Open Play, then Community Server Browser. On the Favorites tab choose "Add a server" and enter

Archive, 2016 to now
ZATCHI started in 2016 as a small group of Counter-Strike players who wanted a well-run server in Algeria. It grew into a community with its own server, its own plugins and its own Discord, and it made the move to Counter-Strike 2. Walk under one arch for every year.

VAC secured, with a server-side anti-cheat module maintained by the team.

2016
Foundation
Zatchi Gaming Community is founded with one aim: to become Algeria's go-to Counter-Strike server.
2017
Community growth
The community passes 1,000 active players, and a core moderation team forms to run the server.
2018
Anti-cheat
Anti-cheat protection is deployed on the server, a turning point for fair play.
2019
First tournament
ZATCHI runs its first major competitive tournament with cash prizes, drawing players from across Algeria.
2020
Server upgrade
The servers move to 128-tick on dedicated hardware.
2021
Skinchanger
A custom skinchanger launches, letting players use premium weapon skins for free.
2022
Community hub
News, support and the VIP shop move onto Discord, the community's home between matches.
2023
Counter-Strike 2
ZATCHI migrates to CS2, among the first servers in Algeria to support it.
2024
A new Discord
The current ZATCHI Discord server opens in April 2024. It now has more than 1,100 members.
2025
Building on it
Work continues on new game modes, regional tournaments and more features for the community.
2026
New hardware
The server infrastructure is upgraded to new hardware built on the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D, with the focus on higher FPS and smoother server performance. Optimisation work continues.
